Holding Hands, Changing Lives is a non-profit organization that is designed to offer programs and resources to help every child that we encounter discover who they are and why they were put here on Earth. Sometimes life and circumstances can blind someone from seeing their true identity and reaching their full potential. We are here to remove the blinders and help every child discover that they do have a purpose, they can achieve and they can win. We are determined to reroute teens from participating in gang related activities and from looking to the streets to find love and acceptance that they may not receive from home to helping them develop strategies to find love within themselves while preparing them to have success in their future.
